TERMS OF SERVICE

1. COMPANY IDENTITY
The Platform is operated by Astranest Holdings Incorporation, doing business as Agent Mira.
2. USER TYPES
The Platform serves:
- Buyers
- Licensed Realtors
- Brokerages
- Real estate teams
Realtors must maintain active licensure in applicable jurisdictions.
3. NO AUTOMATED DECISION AUTHORITY
AI tools assist but do not replace professional judgment. Realtors remain responsible for compliance with licensing laws and fiduciary duties.
4. COMMUNICATION CONSENT
Users agree that Agent Mira may send:
- Transactional emails
- Platform notifications
- SMS messages (with consent)
- Security alerts
Opt-out options are always available.
5. GOOGLE CALENDAR & GMAIL CONNECTIONS
- If you choose to connect your Google account, you authorize the Platform to access Google Calendar and/or Gmail as needed to provide the features you enable.
- Gmail Drafts: When Gmail is connected, the Platform may create draft emails in your Gmail account for your review. The Platform will not send emails from your Gmail without your action/approval in Gmail.
- You may disconnect Google integrations at any time in settings.
6. REALTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Realtors agree to:
- Comply with MLS rules
- Follow Fair Housing laws
- Obtain required client consents
- Maintain professional licensing
Agent Mira is not responsible for Realtor conduct outside the Platform.
7. BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES
Buyers agree to:
- Use MLS data only for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Independently verify property information
- Consult licensed professionals before making decisions
8. TELECOM & A2P COMPLIANCE CLAUSE
Users acknowledge that SMS and voice communications may be delivered using automated systems and that consent may be withdrawn at any time.
9. DATA USE FOR AI IMPROVEMENT
Uploaded content may be used internally for platform improvement and model training in anonymized or aggregated form.
10. FAIR HOUSING & ANTI-DISCRIMINATION
Users may not use the Platform to discriminate or filter properties based on protected classes under federal, state, or local law.
11. GOVERNING LAW
Florida law governs, except where superseded by federal or consumer protection statutes.
